If you like suspense with a mixture of lots of excitement, this is the book for you. The characters are very real and the writer takes you into their intimate lives. You will never guess the ending. Well written and provocative.. Where has this author been before?

Doc for the Mob

With a clear, personal view of New York in the 1930s, Klein paints a vivid picture of the people, places and lifestyle of that era. A city populated by immigrants seeking a better life stands as the backdrop of Doc For the Mob. The main character, Marco Falcone, son of Italian Jews, is a young man growing up on the East Side of New York City in the 1930s, who has dreams of becoming a doctor. Along the way, he finds himself knee deep in the world of La Cosa Nostra, commonly known as the Mafia.
